The challenge of adding resistance by using 2.5-7.5lb dumbbells, helps you focus on specific muscle groups. Those who are looking to feel the burn, those who want to put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! We will show you how to hold dumbbells, how to count the reps, correct form for each exercise. High repetition, light dumbbell workout, will take you through a variety of exercises while moving to the beat of the music. Notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance, and strength. It truly is a total body workout!
The program includes one class per week and a total of four video classes per month.
Combining a high-intensity workout with muscle conditioning stimulates a higher caloric burn for the entire workout. In each class, you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs, and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
